Damages, Shortages, or Defective Mechandise
Check all cartons immediately upon delivery.

Make note of shortages or damage on the freight bill before signing. In the event the condition of merchandise contained within a carton is questionable, “please, with possible hidden damage" on the freight bill.

Defective software, pre-recorded videos, records, cassette tapes and compact disks will be replaced with the exact product only. No credits or refunds will be issued on these products.

Inform us of defective merchandise, damages or shortages within five (5) days of delivery. Include your account number and invoice number with all correspondence.

Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

Substitutions
Product availability or specifications may change during the life of this site. In the event an item is unavailable, we will ship a comparable product of equal or better value. If dissatisfied you may return the item. Please see our return policy, above.
